La Motte is delighted to have the current vintages 2014 La Motte Syrah and 2016 Pierneef Sauvignon Blanc as well as the soon to be released 2015 Pierneef Syrah Viognier listed under South Africa’s top 100 wines by the National Wine Challenge.

Years of experience in producing this variety have enabled La Motte to combine the grapes of a number of cool terroirs to capture juicy berry-fruit, sweet liquorice, violet flowers and pepper spice. This wine was inspired by the great Côte Rôtie style in the northern Rhône area. It is a unique blend of white and red wine.
